- Ripe #jackfruit

- #redchillies
- Garden grown #thailemonbasil (or any other #thaibasil )
- #roastedsesameseeds

Dressing/sauce
- #lightsoysauce

- #palmsugar (if needed)

Marinate fish and prick with a fork for masala to sip in.
Set aside for at least 1/2 an hour.
Shallow fry.
Towards the end, throw in curry leaves.
