Salad with egg mayo dressing. For salad:
thinly slice zucchini/cucumber, red onion and salad leaves (as needed).
Gently toss with roasted sesame seeds and place on a serving plate.

For dressing:
whisk 1 soft boiled/runny egg, yellow mustard sauce,
honey, pepper and salt (taste to balance up the flavors).
Serve with salad.

Method
Pan fry salami in olive oil.
Tear into pieces.
Toss salami (with the oil) alongside avocado and store bought mix salad leaves.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Poached egg salad.
Ingredients (as needed).
Butter bread slices, cut into squares, put in baking tray, drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper and in oven (170c) for 15 mins.

Poach egg(s) in simmering water with drops of vinegar.

Wash and arrange salad leaves, add croutons, poached eggs (sprinkle salt and pepper on top) and lastly, a layer of grated cheese.
