Egg tofu fritters. Possible? Of course. Some sliced ginger, shallots, chillies, spring onion, turmeric powder, cornflour, rice flour, cumin seeds, salt and water. Mix for a runny-thick consistency. Add sliced tofu, gently stir, scoop one by one and deep fry. #CookWithNavaK

Egg Tofu Green Sambal.
To make - slice tofu (2 packets) and pan fry with some oil till crispy and brown outer. Remove and keep aside.

For the sambal -
blend 6 green chillies
1/2 inch roast belacan/shrimp paste (optional)
5 shallots
6 garlic
1/2 inch ginger.

Fry sambal in 4 tbsp of oil till aromatic.
Season with palm sugar, salt and lime juice.
Stir.
Add fried tofu and cekuk leaves (optional) or some sliced spring onion.
Stir and dish out.
