Nava’s Zen Nasi Ulam (rice salad).
Thinly slice 1 lemongrass
5 kafir lime leaves
7 daun kaduk (Thai betel leaves)
4 kacang botol (winged beans)
6 shallots and
2 red chillies.
Put in a bowl.

Add crispy fried 1/2 cup udang geragau/tiny shrimps (can use normal dried prawns too),
3 cups cooked white rice and salt.
Toss all together and serve with calamansi lime.

Note: for vegetarian version, omit shrimps. #nasiulam #CookWithNavaK
