Ladies and gentlemen,
I’ve been receiving queries, if the yoga I’m offering is for beginners, or they have to stand upside down, inside out, or split the legs into two.
No, of course not. This yoga, a branch of #hathayoga is known as, coined by yours truly as “Effortless Yoga”, and yes #yoga for beginners.
We will be covering, the warming up yoga poses, and meaningful asanas for body strengthening and for body flexibility. Also, included #mindfulness for mind healthiness and mind wealthiness.
The Tamil session will be the “easy to go” Tamil, and bilingual.

Aside to learning #aerialyoga from my instructor, Ms.Ivy, the best thing is, she doesn’t find me to be a threat, despite we are both in same #yoga business and industry. Proud of such a woman and we need more of such women in this competitive, yoga rat race society. Her mindset self confidence and maturity must be loudly applauded.

I never said #yoga didn’t stem historically from
Hinduism, apart from
Buddhism and Jainism. My point is, the yoga we teach is not embedded alongside any religion. We embrace yoga for it’s benefits, like #bodystrength, #flexibility, #toning and #antiaging. We also incorporate #pranayama #breathing for regulating our breathe and for body, mind and soul #calmness. Just like when you are at the doctors, you are told the importance of breathing. #Mindfulness too has nothing to do with religion. It is actually for #mindclearance, #mindhappiness, not for the mind to work “overtime” for no apparent reason and for not allowing the mind to act and react like the “monkey mind”, jumping back and forth, to and fro and up and down.
It’s really heart breaking when people accuse that I am a #yoga cheater. FYI, I’m not a yoga quack. I come packaged with yoga credentials, a couple of them, including Master of Science, Yoga. If you want to check my credentials, head to my Facebook page, Nava Krishnan, 22 years as a Lecturer.

Sincere friends will not humiliate, criticise, condemn and challenge you on #socialmedia. Instead they will talk to you privately, for clearing the differences of opinion. I blocked the person not because I couldn’t give a relevant reply. I blocked because, I don’t need such, so called friend.
In return, I received a nasty voicemail, telling me the person can bring me and my business down, because I’m lying that #yoga didn’t originate from Hinduism. When in actual fact, I didn’t. Let the person be the winner. Sad, when close friends can put you down publicly and when I have just put a tiny step forward in my business. Moral of the story? Enemies can be within our circle of close people, included our relatives and blood ties.

No complaining, just sharing. I believe people who are into direct selling contacting you is normal. But men, making contact in the pretext of giving fitness business, yoga business and interested in #yoga?
Oh-dear! When in actual fact, getting frisky on WhatsApp and one even had the cheek to forward his HALF NUDE picture. Let me not shame these men openly in this platform.
