Tempeh Spinach.
Healthy, affordable easy and cooked in a jiffy.
To make:
Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a wok/pan.
Add cubed tempeh (1 packet).
Cook to lightly brown on both sides.
Add 10 chopped garlic.
Stir in.
Add baby spinach (1 bunch, remove roots and slice).
Season with salt.
Stir and cook over high heat to soften spinach and dish out.

Tempeh cabbage - fried tempeh pieces, garlic, cumin seeds, 1/2 shredded cabbage, salt and oil.

Cauliflower Pepper Fry.
Cut cauliflower into florets, simmer with water and turmeric till soft.
Drain and keep aside.
Then, sauté some chopped onion, add 1 1/2 tbsp fresh coconut.
Stir and cook for a min.
Add cauliflower, crushed pepper and salt.
Increase the heat, fry and stir, dish out.

Spinach Garlic Stir Fry -
lotsa garlic, 1 bunch chopped spinach, some pepper, salt and oil.
Done.
