Chilli 🌶 White Radish. Nothing over the top. As usual, what’s stocked at home, goes into a stir fried veggie dish.

Method
Sweat one chopped onion.
Add chilli powder and mustard seeds.
Stir.
Add julienne radish.
Add salt.
Stir.
Pour water if needed.
Cook to soften radish.
Note: ingredients as needed.

Watermelon Cheese 🧀 Savoury Salad.
Ingredients -
Salad leaves + Yellow Watermelon + Roasted White Sesame Seeds + Roasted Sunflower Seeds + Chilli Sauce + Cheddar Shredded 🧀 Cheese

Sorrel/sour leaf chutney:
to make:
simmer 1 bunch sour leaves (without the stems/only the leaves) with enough water till soft and mushy.
Drain out excess so that it's not too sour.

Add 5 smashed shallots,
5 smashed garlic.,
2 sliced and 2 sliced dried red chillies.
Season with salt.
Stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.
Done.
