Business Set Up Manager

❗️Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Set Up Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cultural and regulatory landscape of the UAE/Asian/RU market and experience in assisting businesses with company formation, licensing, banking and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to the company stakeholders, managing the end-to-end company setup process, and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the UAE market.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business set up consultancy, company formation, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and cultural landscape of the UAE market.
Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end company setup projects.
Strong connections with the banks preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Russian/Chinese is a plus.

📌Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance in the UAE/Asian/RU market.
Manage the end-to-end company setup process, including drafting and submitting necessary documents, liaising with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, and facilitating the procurement of required licenses and permits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the UAE market, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the bank account opening with multiple banks to in the UAE/Asian/RU market.
Provide recommendations for the stakeholders on which banks to consider for opening a bank account in the UAE /Asia/Russian market. This might involve providing an overview of the benefits and drawbacks of each bank, as well as any relevant regulatory requirements or restrictions. Manage the bank account opening applications until the bank account numbers are issued.
Establish and maintain relationships with the banks. This would involve any updates to the companies’ contact details (signatory, business activities, contact details etc.), ensuring that the banks are informed about the changes and that the necessary updates with the banks are made in a timely manner.
Provide support with supporting documents: In the event that supporting documents are required for any banking-related queries, to assist in obtaining and submitting these documents. This might involve coordinating with other members of the company's team or third-party service providers to ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and submitted in a timely manner.
Ensure that the company license is renewed on time and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Regularly update and maintain the document database, ensuring that all new documents are properly organized, and that any outdated documents are removed or archived. Provide access to the client's company documents data only to authorized parties, such as senior management or compliance team.
Provide ongoing support and advice to stakeholders on regulatory compliance and other business-related matters.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the UAE business environment, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders accordingly.

FX Trader

❗️Our client, international company focused on trading commodities and financial instruments is seeking a dedicated foreign exchange trader to join it’s team. This may include being available to trade on the weekends. You will be required to develop trading strategies to balance risk management when buying and selling on different forex trading platforms. This will also include creating and delivering reports on a regular basis to management.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

❗️Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by the CEO
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, clients, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications
