Business developer manager
📌Job Description
1.provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the Manager updated about marketplace and competitors’ activity;
2.research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services;
3.build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and managing a client portfolio in CRM systems;
4.make cold calls for new business leads;
5.maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
6.foster and develop relationships with customers / clients;
7.understanding clientele requirements and able to respond effectively on satisfactory context and assistance;
8.networking and references through seminars, conferences and events;
9.establishing firm relations with sub-contractors, free-zones and banks;
10.assist in rendering corporate services to the clients;
11.organize and conduct document management.
📌Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in sales;
2.Excellent knowledge of corporate services in the UAE (key aspects of services, pricing, process of rendering);
3.Proven record of consistent achievement of KPIs and sales targets;
4.Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure;
5.Russian – Fluent, English – Advanced;
6.Excellent presentation, analytical and report writing skills.
💰Conditions
Probation period: 3 months (visa and insurance upon probation)
Remuneration: salary: AED 8,000, bonus: up to 10% from sales generated by BDM (depending on the services sold)
Job Type: Full-time
Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 10.00 am. – 7 pm.
Location: the Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Other terms and conditions: in accordance with the UAE laws and regulations.
