🧠 The Role
We are looking for entrepreneurial, competitive, and analytical talent to join our Trading Team. You don't need to have a financial background; we will teach you all you need to know. Responsibilities:

Мы — международная финтех-компания, работающая в сфере онлайн-платежей. Мы закрываем полный цикл: от платежных интеграций до антифрод-систем и поддержки мерчантов. У нас есть юр.лица в нескольких юрисдикциях. Работаем как PSP.

Что надо делать:
- Администрирование JIRA Cloud
- Оформление/выдача доступов новым и действующим сотрудникам (создание учеток, почт, и тд)
- Техническая поддержка пользователей
- Установка и настройка рабочих станций, ноутбуков итд, необходимых для работы сотрудникам
- Закупка и учет лицензий ПО
- Выявление сбоев и восстановление работоспособности аппаратного и программного обеспечения
- Разработка внутренней документации
- Подбор по характеристикам и закупка оборудования.

Что нам важно:
- Опыт работы в системном администрировании от 3 - х лет
- Опыт с Jira Cloud - обязательно (или готовы обучаться)
- Знания платформ и опыт администрирования Windows: северные ОС Windows 2008/2019 (Microsoft AD, Доменные службы (DC, DHCP, DNS), файловый сервер, сервер печати, терминальный сервер), десктопные ОС Windows 10
- Опыт работы с основными службами и протоколами: DNS, DHCP, NAT, NTP
- Базовые знания Linux
- Знание аппаратного обеспечения (выявление и устранение неисправностей, подключение новых устройств)
- Знание сетевых технологий (коммутация, маршрутизация, Vlan, беспроводные сети)
- Умение находить информацию для решения задач
