We are looking for a Lead Ruby Developer for our client - an international UAE-based rapidly growing fintech/prop trading company.

Location: Dubai
You can start work remotely and relocate after 3-6 months.

🛠Stack: Ruby 3.2, Ruby on Rails 7.1, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, RSpec, AWS

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:
▪️5+ years of working experience as a senior engineer
▪️Experience with Ruby (object-oriented programming)
▪️Experience with MT4/5 Manager API (big plus)
▪️Experience developing in the trading industry/trading platforms (big plus)
▪️Experience with storing and processing high amounts of data
▪️Experience with frontend frameworks like React (pre)
▪️Knowledge of setting up and maintaining an infrastructure
▪️You like to have CI/CD
▪️A real team player with experience in leading a team of engineers
▪️Strong spoken English (В2/C1) to work with international team
