- 5+ лет опыта

- Глубокие знания Node.js
- Понимание асинхронного подхода и Promises
- Опыт работы с Redis, RabbitMQ, Koa, socket.io, gRpc, Lodash

📍 About you:
- A proven track record in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Leadership experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in IT strategy development and implementation.
📍What will you do in this role?
- Set up physical and electronic security measures to minimise the risks of attacks against internal systems
- Effective identity and access management
- Undertake penetration tests and vulnerability scans
- Synchronization of the trading systems with the trading venues IT systems
- Set up or cooperate with outsourced providers to collect, store and report the transactions info from the algorithmic trading systems
- Assist trading desk in creating testing IT environment
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT products and services
