The SEOBROTHERS team is actively seeking a talented VIP Client manager to our office in Poland.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-2+ year of experience on the same position in iGaming vertical;
-High education in sales/marketing or related field
-English at C1 level, German and Russian are an advantage
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Experience in customer relationship management
-Dedication to providing great customer service

Responsibilities:

-Manage VIP clients on a daily basis via email/WhatsApp
-React to VIP customer queries regarding financial transactions, betting activity, and/or gaming queries and general information queries to provide a one-stop contact point
-Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
-Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
-Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
-Helping clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

- Разработка с нуля мобильного Flutter-приложения, включая проектирование архитектуры и разработку функциональностей;
- Местами сложный и действительно головоломный UI, с которым предстоит работать;
- Много кастомных анимаций и работа с графикой;
- Возможность стать первопроходцем в разработке шаблонизированного архитектурного подхода с использованием Flame.

Для успешного выполнения задач понадобится:
- Умение делать все вышеперечисленное в 60/120 fps 🌑;

- Опыт в разработке от 5-ти лет;
