• Build the holding company's operating strategy considering the most ambitious business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and set objectives for top management.
• Supervise departmental and cross-functional project processes.
• Allocate resources ensuring stable and effective company growth at all levels.
• Sustain high-level key business metrics and provide operational risk management in the company.
💫 About you:
• Advanced knowledge of iGaming industry and B2C products
• Experience in leading sizable teams and departments of 50+ members across various fields.
• Track record of process management cases with a significant impact on business success.
• Prominent leadership skills and a strive to break records.
• Flexibility in adapting to change with a knack for swiftly addressing and solving non-standard challenges.
• Excellent strategic vision.
• Exclusive commitment to our business without engagement in other ventures or side projects (that's critical for us!).
• Fluency in Russian
