The key responsibilities:

1. Work together with marketing team on all marketing efforts performed by the company to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
2. Manage online marketing campaigns from start to finish: manage copy and creative, negotiate, place and reconcile ads
3. Media buying: find new advertising channels online; negotiate with them; place ad copy and creative; track performance
4. Optimize marketing campaigns by split testing creative, copy and placements to increase ROI

Requirements:

1.Real life experience in building advertising campaigns online from start to finish
2.Strong analytical and cost optimization skills
3.Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar online statistics program
4.Advanced level of Russian – both spoken and written, mandatory
5.Advanced level of English - both spoken and written, mandatory
6.Any additional languages are a plus, most wanted: Farsi, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Turkish
