📌Key functions will include:

- SysAdmin Engineering and Provisioning:
Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software;
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes;
- Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future;
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement;
- Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records;

📌Qualifications and Experience:

- BS or MS in computer engineering, computer science or related engineering disciplines
- Solid experience with real-time applications
- Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft
- 3-6 years system administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Creative, critical and curious.

1.    Processing of incoming applications for a trial lesson (calling and appointment of the day and time of the trial lesson)
2.    Scheduling - call after completing trial classes, schedule of classes
3.    Interaction with teachers in English (written via chat and voice!) if needed
4.    Support local users, solving problems that arise during the lesson

✔ Requirements:
1.    Higher education is desirable
2.    Knowledge of English (at least B2)
3.    Knowledge of Arabic or/and Persian - Advanced (at least C1) or Native
4.    Knowledge of the Russian language is welcome, but not necessarily
5.    Experience of working in a language school welcome
