TWISTD ELECTRONS - DETON8

The Deton8 is a hybrid sampler / drum - machine.

It's using, 8 - bit samples and wavetable - synthesis.

Deton8 has eight voices: Kick, Snare, Metal, Clap, Can, Tom, Nut and Synth.

You can import drum - sets via USB. There are a few sets, available, at the official website of Twisted Electrons.

There is, also, a 16 - step sequencer (16 patterns) and some effects, like stutter - modes, ring - modulation and a delay.

There are 12 analog circuits and 1 digital circuit and you can't exchange any of these "modules". The whole system, is completly, patchable.

Very interesting, is the "voice - card feature".

These cards, are allowing you to use, literally, pre - wired patches. One card, is similar, to a stored factory - or preset - sound. If you want to "store" your own patch, you have to use a soldering - iron, to bridge the patch - points on that card. You can, also, add resistors. In this case, you don't have to use the potentiometer, to complete the sounds. The Pico System III, is coming with 5 "factory - patches" (pre - wired) and 5 DIY - cards (empty).

MAJELLA - IMPLEXUS

The Implexus, is providing, two ways of sound - generation.

There is, the Complex Generator, which is producing sound with wave - shaping, wave - folding and audio - rate modulation through LFO and envelopes, from a sine - wave.

And it has, the Basic Generator, a simple oscillator, with three different waves (sine, triangle, sawtooth). That can, also, be used to produce FM - sounds.

You can use them together and add, a sub - oscillator, in the mixer section.

The filter is switchable (the labeling, is showing, just one characteristic / curve).

Also, two envelopes (ADSR), two LFO, clock - signal (tap / external - in / MIDI), CV - connectors, stereo - out, headphone, MIDI (in / thru), USB, glide - function, audio - delay and vibrato.
