Fluffy eggs soy sauce.
Very simple to put together.
Fry eggs till fluffy.
Place on serving plate. Pour kicap manis (sweet soy sauce). Add thinly sliced red onion, sliced green chillies,
fried shallots and sliced spring onion (all ingredients estimates).

Aloo Mattar (spicy potato with green peas).
To make:
saute 1 sliced red onion with 2 cinnamon (broken) and 3 cloves. Add 4 boiled and lightly mashed potatoes and
2 tbsp white dhal (soaked and rinsed).
Stir.

Add plain chilli powder (as needed) and
1 tsp turmeric powder.
Season with salt and lime juice. Stir all together over high heat for a couple of mins.
Add 1 cup frozen green peas and some coriander leaves.
Stir again and
dish out.

Vietnamese star fruit salad.
No cook simple raw salad for crunch and munch.

To make: slice/dice 2 star fruit, add 1 sliced green chilli,
2 or 3 sliced birds eye chillies
and 2 sprigs sliced coriander leaves.

Season with palm sugar,
fish sauce,
calamansi lime juice
and salt.
Toss all together and
sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.

Note: I forgot to add sliced shallots.
Do add.
Will be a nice addition.
Taste to balance up the flavors.
