Tandoori Style Fried Chicken.
1/4 kg chicken, cut to bite sizes. Marinate with 3/4 tbsp yogurt,
1/2 tbsp plain chilli powder,
1/2 tsp cumin powder,
1/2 tsp coriander powder,
1 tsp honey,
1 tsp ginger paste,
1 tsp garlic paste and
salt,
for at least an hour.

Thereafter fry till crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Pair with raw pineapple tomato salad (ingredients as needed). Sliced pineapple,
tomato,
red onion,
green chilli,
red chilli, lime juice,
sugar
and salt.

Steamed Tofu Oyster Sauce
Ingredients-
Steamed Tofu
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Red chillies
Fried shallots
Spring onion.

Basic egg fried rice.
To make:
fry 5 chopped garlic in 3 tbsp of oil.
Add 2 or 3 cups of rice.
Stir.
Break 2 eggs in the center. Gently fold over rice and stir.
Add 1 cup of frozen green peas. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir and dish out.

Carrot cabbage omelette:
2 eggs,
1/4 cabbage,
1/2 carrot,
3 shallots,
1 red chili (all sliced thinly), handful
Chinese parsley,
pepper,
salt and
oil.

Mix all together except oil. Heat oil (3 tbsp), fry both sides, segment and dish out.

wash 1 cup of rice,
put in rice cooker,
pour veg stock,
salt and more water if needed. Cook and garnish with ginger stripes and sliced spring onion.
