Kacang botol goreng belacan (winged beans stir fried with shrimp paste).
Roughly pound 3 fresh chillies, 3 garlic, 3 shallots and 1/2 inch roasted belacan.
Fry with 3 tbsp oil till aromatic. Add sliced beans (abt 10 pieces), season with a little salt, sugar and lime juice.
Stir over high heat and dish out.

Minced Chicken Tofu
To make (ingredients - plus minus per taste).
Microwave 1 block of soft white tofu for a min.
Place on a serving plate.
Pour in dark sauce (1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce,
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce,
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce,
dashes of sesame oil,
1/4 cup of hot water
and a little salt - mix well).
Top tofu with crispy fried minced chicken (minced chicken fried in some oil and chopped/minced garlic).
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Dish is ready to be eaten with rice.
