Bottle gourd aviyal (in coconut mixture).
Add gourd(1 medium size, remove skin, inner white part with seeds and cut into medium size pieces)
1 sliced tomato
1 tsp turmeric powder and
2 cups of water in a pot.
Simmer till soft.

Meanwhile roughly pound/process 3 tbsp coconut with 3 red chillies and 1 tsp cumin seeds.
Combined in simmered gourd. Keep it simmering over low heat. Heat 2 tbsp ghee or oil,
sauté 4 chopped shallots,
add 3 sprigs chopped coriander leaves,
stir,
tip in gourd,
stir and remove from heat.

Ikan Bilis (anchovies) Sambal With Belimbing
Belimbing with ikan bilis and chillies you see here - gosh! my mouth is mouth watering.
This sambal / try pairing with rasam, sambar. sardine masak lemak cili padi or ikan masin & nenas masak lemak and what more can I say - the hunger throne!!

Malaysian style scrambled egg. To make -
sauté 3 sliced shallots in 2 tbsp of oil.
Add 1 thinly sliced tomato,
2 sprigs sliced spring onion,
1/4 cup frozen green peas and 1/4 cup frozen corn.

Stir.
Push aside and break 3 eggs in the centre.
Season with salt and gently fold or scramble.
