Project A leading health club chain in UAE is recruiting for a brand-new role: NATIONAL JUNIOR PROGRAMM MANAGER (female’s preferred). This is an exciting role, needing a successful track record in working with children (aged 4 yrs. to 14 yrs.) and with a strong bias towards exercise prescription and programming.
• You will be responsible to develop and grow the junior program; alongside our head office team, with the goal to engage and inspire our junior members.
• You will be based in Dubai and local / regional travel is an integral part of the role; therefore, a driving license and car is essential.
• You must be target driven and ideally able to demonstrate previous examples of this. A large portion of incentive will be based on financial goals been met.
• You enjoy working flexible hours, including weekends – you thrive organizing events including built up and break off – you communicated well with teams and are able to update parents on their junior’s success? Than this role is for you;
