Customer Service Support Manager (SidusPad)

SidusPad (https://www.siduspad.io/) is a platform created by a team of experts in decentralized fundraising and gaming to support the launch of Web 3 projects. SidusPad provides users with the opportunity to access cool projects and exclusive IDOs while at the launch stage.

We are looking for a Support Manager for our launchpad.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with launchpads;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and respond to a large flow of people via chat and email;
- Ability to process user-requests quickly and efficiently;
- Capability of searching for necessary information using your own initiative;
- Confident in your knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry and how launchpads and IDOs are conducted, incl. an appreciation for staking, crypto wallets, etc.;
- Knowledge of English should be at least B1+ level (in both writing + speech).

Tasks:
- Providing support for SidusPad chats and emails;
- Responding to users' questions;
- Assisting platform users;
- Compiling an FAQ to handle users’ questions;
- Dealing with objections and negative attention.

Conditions:
- Remote work;
- Full-time;

- The salary starts at $600 for the duration of the probation period.

Note: There is a test task. Your English will be checked at every stage of the interview process.
