Indian Style Crab Soup
Crab claws for this tempting soup, whereas the body will be showcased in the next recipe - Thai style green crab curry.

Indian Crab Soup.
Add 10 to 12 cracked crab legs/claws
1 sliced tomato
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
7 small shallots
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/4 tsp garam masala or all spice powder
1 tsp black pepper seeds
1 tsp plain chilli powder and
salt in a pot.

Pour water (abt 1.5 litre, equivalent to one big mineral bottle).
Simmer over very low heat for abt 1 hour.
Season with lime juice, black pepper (optional),
add 1 small bunch coriander leaves.
Stir, close with a lid and
let it sit for abt 1 hour (longer better) before serving.

Cooked alongside various types of spices, and that bit of heat from chilli flakes and pepper, this Indian Crab Soup truly I believe won't even let you down. Don't get confused please. Not the same as the previous Nandu Rasam nor Crab Legs Pepper Soup. After all, there's millions of ways to an Indian Style Crab Soup. I just coined another version of mine.
