Nasi kunyit (turmeric) kelapa (coconut).
Wash and drain 2 cup rice,
add pounded fresh turmeric,
stir and
leave aside for 10 mins.

Put in rice cooker,
pour 3 cups water, salt, stir and cook.

Fluff up cooked rice,
stir in sliced turmeric leaf and let it cool down.
Fry abt 4 tbsp coconut and before serving, mix into rice.
