Well, start your own #business in this competitive world and you will realise. And for those of you who have better ideas to #digitalmarketing, best of luck.

For me, it doesn’t matter what others think and say about me. Because, these people are not putting the food on my table, neither paying my bills.

Ghee Coriander Tomato Soup.
To make:
add 2 sliced tomatoes,
5 crushed garlic,
2 sprigs coriander leaves
and 1 large sliced red onion
with enough water in a pot. Simmer and mash.
Add 1/4 tsp chaat masala or garam masala,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder and season with salt.
Stir together and lastly add some ghee inside.

Lunch yesterday. Simple, easy #food and #cooking.
Rasam + Sardine Sambal + Sawi Stir Fry.

Kerala style sawi (green veg) with taufu.
To make: fry 1 tbsp white dhal (ulunthu) till almost crispy in 2 tbsp of oil.
Add 2 tbsp grated coconut and
4 sliced shallots.
Stir.
Add 1 bunch sawi (sliced thinly). Cook to soften, add 1 white taufu (sliced thinly).
Season with salt.
Stir all in for a minute or two. Dish out.
