Tempeh/fermented soy stir fried with cabbage/tempeh goreng kobis.
Ingredients
1 packet tempeh - cubed
1/2 cabbage - thinly sliced
7 garlic - cut into two and remove skin
1 tsp fennel seeds/jintan manis
1 tsp turmeric powder/kunyit
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil.
Fry tempeh on both sides till brown and lightly crispy.
Add garlic and fennel seeds.
Stir for a couple of times.
Add cabbage, turmeric powder and salt.
Increase the heat and quickly stir together.
Dish out.
