❗️Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven ~ 10 years experience in financial reporting and compliance (in UAE preferred)
Familiarity with UAE’s relevant governmental standards and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytics.
Educational background in finance and economics or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Russian (preferred).
Personal Characteristics:
Detail-oriented and meticulous in financial transactions.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.).
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
📌Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with banking requirements and procedures.
Participate in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
