Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operational and product teams to define and describe the domain business model and business processes,• Engage with business users and heads to understand their needs in data and data insights.• Use data to gain new insights about the domain and explain behavior of key domain metrics.• Identify opportunities to improve business processes in the domain.• Provide daily support to business users with issues/ questions related to BI data and metrics.Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst• Knowledge of SQL.• Data visualisation skills • Business architecture and process modelling experience would be an advantage• Experience with analytical database design and data architecture.• English - upper-intermediate We offer :
