International Fin Tech company is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through product capabilities and work closely with the BI/engineering team to strategize and execute the development of data products.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with a clear objective in mind.
• Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis.
• Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and project designs.


Requirements:
•PhD or Masters in Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Actuarial Science, or any other related computational/quantitative discipline.
• Knowledge&experience on causality&predictive modeling techniques-l inearandnon-linear regression modeling, model validation signals analysis, time-series analyses etc.
•Strong knowledge of Python and comfort with R, Matlab, Tableau, and/or any other relevant statistical modeling, visualization, large dataset handling languages:
- Experience with common data science toolkits such as Python, R, Weka, etc.
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig.

International Fin Tech company is looking for a Head of Website team to join our team in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

We are looking for a Head of Website/Website team leader to join our Marketing team. Head of Website will be building a successful and strong team of specialists, as well as coming up with strategic vision and solutions for our company websites and landing pages. 
 
Responsibilities: 
•Strategic planning of global and regional websites’ structure, content, UI & design
•Building new successful website expertise and the team from scratch within the new marketing department 
•Working with the marketing team to devise the strategic direction of the websites and landing pages
•Managing development, execution and implementation related to all of a company's websites
•Being responsible for budget expenditures 
•Successfully managing a team of up to 10 people handling global and regional content management, SEO, front-end development, UX design and QA
•Working closely with writers, designers and project managers on ensuring the best quality of websites and landing pages
•Planning, organizing and leading the team to meet company standards and strategic goals

 
Requirements: 
•Vast knowledge of web technologies, techniques and best practices to help position a company's websites for the future
•Ability to maintain and develop a competent, productive and quality-conscious workforce
•Ability to develop and implement processes through orientation, training and education to ensure that the competency of all staff members is assessed, maintained, improved and demonstrated throughout their employment
•The will to prepare and control operating budgets and department resources by forecasting future web funding needs of the organization, as well as act as a consultant for the organization for initiatives related to Web development and implementation
•Ability to work with a multinational and diverse team of experts
•Russian/English advanced
