We are looking for Head of Products An international fintech company, one of the leading online trading brokers in the world with average monthly clients’ trading volume amounts to 250 billion USD.
Location: Cyprus Limassol Office job
Full day
Salary: 4500+ euro net
Duties:
- Managing product teams in B2B or in B2C Company business units
- Identifying and exploring market opportunities, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy
- Building the project's financial model and product presentation for the company's management
- Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning, set up KPi metrics for the product
- Establish timelines and product benchmarks
- Develop data and analytics roadmap
- Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals
- Collaborate with product leaders to establish timeline workflows and goals
- Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Requirement:
- Strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of product management, product lifecycle, commercial aspects of the product development
- Previous experience as a product manager in forex/trading area, previous work in Forex companies is considered as a plus
- Solid understanding of the forex risk management, trading conditions, anti-fraud
- Deep knowledge MT4, MT5 or other platform
- Fluent Englsh, Russian is an advantage
