Job description:
Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
Perform presentations to customers
Consulting of the customers about legislation side of buying property
Supervise real estate sales brokers
Deal with foreign agencies
Perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
Update the information about the property
Conclude pre-agreements, offers
Maintain a customer base
Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Monitor the payments
After-sales service

Skills:
Excellent communication skills
English upper intermediate level or advanced
Turkish or Arabic will be your advantage
Education: Business Administration or equivalent
Experience: from 5 years in related field
Age: from 25 y.o.
