    #ግለታሪክ

       ቦሻ ቦጋለ እባላለሁ የተወለድኩት በደቡብ ክልል በጋሞ ዞን ጨንቻ ወረዳ ውስጥ ነው። ያደኩት ደግሞ አዲስ አበባ ሽሮ ሜዳ አካባቢ ነው። የሽመና ሙያን የተማርኩት ከአባቴ  ነው። ይሄን ሙያ ከ14 አመቴ እስከአሁን እየሰራሁት ነው የምገኘው። አሁን 25 አመቴ ላይ እገኛለሁ። ምንም እንኳን እንደ አብሮ አደጎቼ የተሻለ ገቢ የሚገኝበት የሙያ ዘርፍ ባይሆንም በምሰራው ስራ ደስተኛ ነኝ እግዚአብሔር ይመስገን!

        My name is Bosha Bogale. I was born in Gamo zone Chencha area in the southern region. I was raised in Addis ababa around Shiro meda. My father was the one who thought me weaving skills. I am twenty five years old now. I have been weaving ever since  I was fourteen. I am happy to have stayed in this proffession! Even if it is not a job sector you gain a lot of money from as my friends, I am happy by the work I do . Thanks God.

የሽመና ሙያ ጥንታዊ ሙያ ነው! እኛ ከአባቶቻችን ተምረን ለዚህ አድርሰነዋል እዚህ ሙያ ላይ አስቸጋሪ ነገር ብዬ የማስበው እና እኔንም ሆነ የስራ ባልደረቦቼን ደጋግሞ ተስፋ የሚያስቆርጠን ነገር ማህበረሰቡ  ትኩረቱን ለነጋዴ እና ለዲዛይነሮች ብቻ መስጠቱ ነው! እኛ የምንሸምናቸውን  ልብሶች ለምትወዷቸው ፣ ለምታከብሯቸው ፣ ለተለየ ቀናቹ እየለበሳቹ ለኛ ግን ለልብሶቹ የምትሰጧቸውን ትንሽ ክብር እንኳን አትሰጡንም...ለምን? እኛ  ከሸመናቸው (ከሰራናቸው)  ልብሶች አንሰን ነው? እውነት ፈጣሪውን ሳያከብሩ የተፈጠረውን ማክበር ልክነት ነው..?

The traditional weaving profession is an ancient one! We have learnt it from our fathers and they from their forefathers. What makes the job difficult and at times make you hopeless is that the society gives more value to designers and vendors!  you love and value the garments we produce. you wear them on special days but you don't give us as much respect as what we produce. why? are we less than what we make?

#Theconclusion

አሁን ላይ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የሽመና ሙያ ተደብቆ ነው ያለው ብዬ አምናለሁ፥ ለኛም ተገቢውን ነገር እየተደረገ ነው ብዬ አላስብም ፤ ማህበረሰብም ሆነ መንግስት በዚህ በኩል ችላ ብሎናል  ከእኛ ላይ ገዝተው ለሚያተርፉት ነጋዴዎች የተመቻቸ ነገር ይደረጋል ። እንደ መፍትሄ ብዬ የማስቀምጠው ነገር ማህበረሰብም ሆነ መንግስትም ለሙያው ተገቢውን እውቅና ቢሰጥና ለምንሰራው ስራ ተገቢውን ክፍያ ብናገኝ  የሽመና ሙያን አሁን ካለበት ሁኔታ ማዘመን እኛንም ደግሞ ከሞራል እና ከኢኮኖሚ አንፃር ከፍ ወደአለ ደረጃ የሚያሸጋግረን መፍትሄ ነው ብዬ አስባለሁ።

I believe currently the profession of weaving is is hidden. I also don't believe that the right things are done for us . The government and the society is reluctant towards us. More opportunities are provided for vendors who put our products on the market and profit from them. What I suggest as a solution is that the government and the society gives recognition the profession deserves.I believe its a way that can create modernized ways of production, boost morale for us raise our status economicaly and this is our history!

It has been 4 years since I started this work.The Felicity I get when I Clean my city is very huge. Now a days, many people have positive opinion towards this work which is a very good, and also when it comes to respecting this job, it has really changed a lot from the previous years.

በዚህ የፅዳት ስራ ለይ ከተሰማራው 4 ዓመት ሆኖኛል። ከተማዬን በማፅዳት ሂደት ውስጥ የማገኛው ደስታ ትልቅ ነው። ማህበረሰቡም ቀድሞ ከነበረው የፅዳት ግንዛቤ አሁን ላይ የተሻለ ነገር አለ። የእኛንም ሙያ ከማክበር አንፃር አሁን ላይ የተሻለ ለውጥ አለ።

ቆንጂት ትባላለች። በአንድ ወቅት የሸማኔው ወዳጄ ቦሻን ስራ በምስል ዘጋቢ ለማስቀረት ቤቱ በኼድኩበት ወቅት ነው የተዋወኩኋት ፥ የእሱ የስራ አጋሩ ናት። እንዴት ጠንካና ሴት መሰለቻቹ ያለመታከት ረጅም ሰዓት ትሰራለች እና ደግሞ እየሰራች እንኳን ከልጅዋ ጋር ያላት ጥምረት ፣ እናትነት እና ፍፁም ፍቅር እስካኹን ትውስ ይለኛል ፤ እንደው የእናቶች ቀን ካላችኹኝ ቀድማ ትዝ ብትለኝ ነው።

በኼድኩበት ወቅት ለማስታወሻ ካነሳኋት ምስሎች መኻከል
