Venom Ventures Fund invested $5 million in Everscale 🔥
Venom Ventures Fund (VVF) is a fund investing in innovative protocols and Web3 applications. The foundation was launched by the Arab blockchain project Venom Foundation.
“For us, this is a strategic investment aimed at the technological development of projects and teams around technologies that we focus on and actively develop. In particular, we are talking about the Venom blockchain project and its ecosystem, which is planned to be launched soon and for which Everscale is a potential Layer 2 solution,” VVF’s Chairman Peter Knez stated.
News about the investment was published on the CryptoPotato media resource, which also says that Everscale's technological capabilities are undervalued.

SMFT is an original Everscale innovation that raises the bar to 50% fault tolerance (compared to the 33% of BFT consensus), which is the maximum security level by design in decentralized systems.
• The network is up using 20 servers
• A constant small load is planned for testing purposes
REMP makes it possible to get a sub-second response within the blockchain and provide the same performance and UX as regular SQL databases or apps, but on the blockchain.
• The protocol has been in active testing since November and is ready for public tests
• A lot of bugs have been fixed
• Local refinement has been carried out
• The database has been optimized — there were a few issues with the database that could have led to reduced performance of validators
