🧑🏼💻 Customer Support Specialist
🏠 This role is fully remote
💵 Salary starting from $1000, can be paid in fiat or crypto
✅ Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2-C1)
- 1,5+ years in fintech or crypto
- 1,5+ years in customer service
- Previous experience with Intercom
- Discipline
- Politeness and a customer-oriented attitude
- Understanding of professional slang
- Lack of formalism in writing
As a plus:
- Any additional languages
- Experience in tech support
- Experience working with Trello/Asana/Jira
📃 Tasks:
- Communication with users via Intercom
- SLA management (multi-level SLA, current min response time — 5 min)
- Client support
- Immersion into other company’s products (at first — Step.app)
- Trying out the company’s products and being aware of its development
- Bug tracking in Jira/ClickUp

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

- Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of Git
- Desire to improve the quality of the code

- Good algorithmic and mathematical base
