Наша команда из подразделения Evercode Lab развивает финансовый сервис мирового уровня, которым ежедневно пользуются сотни тысяч людей по всему миру и на всех континентах. Сейчас в рамках масштабирования мы в поисках Senior Product Manager'a, который возьмет на себя продуктовую стратегию одного из наших топовых продуктов!

Чем предстоит заниматься:
• Развитием и масштабированием финансового продукта, цель - продолжать делать наш сервис простым и удобным, добавляя новый функционал;
• Определением стратегического видения развития продукта, валидацией роадмапа и отслеживанием трендов рынка;
• Подготовкой ТЗ, выставлением приоритетов и распределением задач на команду;
• Планированием этапов, включая управление релизами;
• Выявлением новых возможностей развития путем анализа конкурентов и через фидбэк партнеров;
• Определением и трекингом основных метрик продукта, экшн-поинты по их анализу;
• Менторство над младшими сотрудниками.

Что мы ожидаем:
• Опыт работы в сегменте IT/digital в роли менеджера продукта от 3 лет (предпочтительно в сфере FinTech);
• Опыт в успешном запуске продуктов;
• Знание аналитических инструментов и метрик;
• Опыт управления и взаимодействия с командой разработки;
• Уверенное владение ИИ-инструментами;
• Знание английского на уровне B2-C1&.

Будет плюсом:
• Знание API и других инструментов разработки;
• Опыт работы с финтех-продуктами

Привет. Мы — проп-трейдинговая компания HashHedge. Быстро растем, не любим бюрократию, уважаем тех, кто умеет решать вопросы.

Сейчас в команду нужен рекрутер, который чувствует людей, знает рынок и может быстро закрывать задачи на вход.

Что нужно делать:

— Постить вакансии и вести активный, целевой поиск (не копипастить, а реально выцеплять нужных людей);
— Организовывать собесы, коммуницировать с кандидатами без «воды»;
— Проводить первичку (онлайн), уметь оценить адекватность и потенциал;
— Быть на связи с разными отделами компании по HR-вопросам;
— Подключаться к актуализации джоб-дескрипшнов, если надо;
— Помогать с кадрами: приём, перевод, увольнение, анкеты, тесты — в общем, держать руку на пульсе;
— Создавать и развивать горячую базу кандидатов — чтобы при замене кто-то уже был «в прогреве».


График:

Гибкий. Нам не нужен офисный планктон с 9 до 18. Нам нужны результаты: вакансии должны быть закрыты в срок и качественно.

Условия:

— Оплата от $1500 (конечный оффер после собеседования)
— Старт — самозанятый или ИП, потом можем выйти на оформление
— Удалёнка
— Опыт в рекрутинге от 2-х лет, особенно круто, если умеешь искать нестандартных кандидатов в IT, финтехе, трейдинге и т.п.
— Английский — от B2, без этого не зайдет
— тестовый период - 1 месяц

Пример задачи:

Найти регионального менеджера в Бразилии, чтобы знал русский и португальский, и при этом был айтишно-предпринимательской закалки.

We are looking for a Degen Content Manager, Fulltime

About Us
atm.day is an on-chain analytics tool for Solana traders. We launched a year ago and already have 30k users, 1,5k of them paid—all through organic content.
Now, we’re shipping a ton of new features for traders, and we need someone who can turn those updates into content that actually brings in more users.
Key goal is to onboard more traders to use ATM.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Flexing ATM Algorithm results
1.1. Through highlighting discoveries (example, example 2)
1.2. Show market stats related to our discoveries (example)
1.3. Share user experiences using ATM
1.4. (Optional) Trade using ATM yourself and break down different strategies (example)
1.5. Experiment with new ways to showcase results
We need a lot of this. ATM calls go viral, and this type of content directly brings in users. Expect to put out 7-10 pieces of content per day.
2. Work with the product team to turn feature updates into content that doesn’t sound like corporate release notes (example)
3. Create viral & situational content around on-chain data and DYOR
We’re about to launch Checker, a tool that lets you analyze any token based on pro traders’ expectations. Lots of ideas of the content around there
4. Help manage our private PRO traders community

1. You can break down on-chain data & turn it into something readable
2. You get how Twitter & Telegram work for trading communities
3. You're really responsible
4. You actually trade, understand the degen space, and follow the market
