Basic Windows 11 apps such as Notepad, Snipping Tool, Paint, and even OEM tools like ASUS Armory Crate stopped launching due to a Microsoft Store licensing check failure.
It seems that Microslop tried to improve the security against pirated apps and failed. But at least AI writes half of their code, you know... can you imagine that they expect you to have MS account to run Notepad?

Do you know that you can officially link any Windows 10 and 11 PC to your phone? I usually remove Phone Link app, but decided to give it a go. Ain't bad. Yes, I've been annoyed by Apple fan who belived it only exists on mac...
Both Android and iOS are supported, you are free to limit what the app can do or get access to. I'm only using it to share files and media, but you can:
- Make calls
- Use SMS
- Find your phone
- Lock phone or PC
- Use a shared clipboard
And do tons of other things. It's fairly seamless and customizable. I didn't give it any access to calls, contacts, or messages, but keep notifications and files on.

- You can now pause updates even in "Out of the box experience" (setting up Windows 11 but only the recent versions without local accounts)
- The pause will be set for up to one month but can be further extended as many times as you need
- The computer even with the update downloaded and ready to be installed can now be rebooted without the installation

WinRing0 is a driver that all monitoring apps and fan tuning apps were using to get deep access to sensors.
The problem? You definitely need this driver to run such apps for handhelds and laptops. On some models without this access the fans will spin at 100% all the time.
