Potato Podimas/Indian Style Potato Stir Fry.

Potato podimas (stir fried): 3 potatoes (boiled and lightly crumbled), sliced shallots, chilies, cumin and mustard seeds, chana dal (soaked), coconut, lime juice, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt and oil.

Fry dal till crispy. Add shallots, chillies, coconut, cumin and mustards seeds, Stir, add potatoes, stir, add lime juice, salt and coriander leaves. Stir all together.
