Ikan bilis/anchovy and potato sambal.
To make: sauté some sliced shallots,
add dried chilli paste (as needed),
simmer and cook till oil splits.

Add 1 sliced tomato and 1/2 cup soaked and rinsed bilis.
Pour a little water for gravy, season with palm sugar and salt and simmer to soften bilis.

Add 2 sliced potatoes (already simmered to soften),
stir a few times and
combine in 1 sliced kunyit/turmeric leaf. Walla!!!
