Chinese herbal soup. Use either 1 or 2 sachets of the herbs. Depending on how strong you like the soup and amount of chicken used. Simmer the sachet with garlic and ginger (as needed) to extract broth. Add chicken and season with salt. Simmer over very very low heat till chicken is tender. Add a handful of soaked kei chi(wolf berries) and longan. Simmer just for another few minutes and off the heat

Aplenty you can order. Individual dishes alongside rice and we opting for their #dimsum items.

To sum up, I would say that, this Dim Sum meal didn’t let us down. Fresh and exciting to our palates, thrown in with humble pleasant customer service.
Indeed, a satisfying dining experience.
Price - expect to pay as the standard pricing as in other Chinese mid- range restaurants.

French beans stir fried with kei chi/wolfberry and garlic -
healthy, nutritious and in a jiffy. To make:
heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Add 5 smashed garlic.
Sauté till lightly brown.
Add one handful sliced beans and
2 tbsp soaked and rinsed berry (see pic).
Season with salt.
Stir fry over high heat. If needed sprinkle some water to soften beans.
Dish out.

Steam chicken with ginger slices and salt.
Open the lid, add cabbage and switch off the heat.
Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with spring onion.

Yam cashew nut and dried chilli. Steam or simmer I medium size cubed yam till soft.
Cool down and dust over 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp corn flour and salt.
Keep aside.
Fry 1 handful of cashew nuts till crispy, remove and keep aside.
In the same oil, do the same to yam.
Remove excess oil, quickly fry 7 crushed garlic and dried chillies (as needed).
Pour 3 tbsp water, simmer, add yam, cashews, season with salt. Stir, off heat and combine in sliced coriander leaves.

Lemongrass tofu stir fried.
Ingredients
1 packet brown flat tofu - slice into pieces
2 lemongrass - slice thinly
7 shallots - slice thinly
1 green chilli - slice thinly
Some spring onion - slice thinly
Salt and lime juice to taste
3 tbsp of oil

To make
Sauté lemongrass, shallots and lemongrass in heated oil.
Add tofu and salt.
Stir and cook over high heat to lightly brown tofu on both sides.
Add spring onion and lime juice.
Stir in and dish out.
