Oil/Minyak.
Onion/Bawang Merah
Dried chilli paste/cili kering kisar
Belacan powder/serbuk belacan
Salt/garam, palm sugar/Gula Melaka, limau juice/air limau and some water/air if you want to.
Boiled 🥚 Eggs/Telur Rebus
Stir and dish out.

Boiled potato, mix with some salt and turmeric powder. (kentang rebus, garam dan serbut kunyit)
Fry/Goreng

Oil, dried chilli paste and onion. (minyak, cili kisar kering dan bawang merah).
Fry

Add fried potato, salt and lime juice (Masuk kentang goreng, garam dan air limau).
Chilli 🌶 White Radish. Nothing over the top. As usual, what’s stocked at home, goes into a stir fried veggie dish.

Method
Sweat one chopped onion.
Add chilli powder and mustard seeds.
Stir.
Add julienne radish.
Add salt.
Stir.
Pour water if needed.
Cook to soften radish.
Note: ingredients as needed.
