Tandoori Paste -
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Some turmeric powder
Some crushed black pepper
Some Kashmiri chilli powder
Some coriander powder
Some fennel powder
Some cumin powder
2 tbsp yogurt
Salt
**Whisk together
Marinate fish inside the paste.
1/2 an hour at least
Next, heat ghee on a non stick over the stove portable grill.
Add fish.
Cook on both sides
Optional - add some curry leaves

Chilli 🌶 White Radish. Nothing over the top. As usual, what’s stocked at home, goes into a stir fried veggie dish.

Method
Sweat one chopped onion.
Add chilli powder and mustard seeds.
Stir.
Add julienne radish.
Add salt.
Stir.
Pour water if needed.
Cook to soften radish.
Note: ingredients as needed.
