Oyster sauce veggies.
In two tbsp heated oil, add 6 smashed garlic, 6 slices of ginger and sliced tofu (2pcs).
Gently fry to lightly brown tofu.

Add 1/2 sliced carrot and 1 packet sliced corn ( blanch both in hot water for a couple of mins to soften), 1 sheet soaked and broken fucuk.
Stir, pour 2 tbsp oyster sauce,
stir and combine in sliced spring onion. Salt (only if needed).
