To make:
sauté/fry 5 chopped garlic with 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
Add 1 bunch thinly sliced long beans.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt.
Stir.
Sprinkle a little water, stir over high heat and dish out.
