I pick President Trump. I believe he loves and represents We The People and I believe he is doing God’s will for our nation. I told him those very words when I met with him in the Oval Office at his request on March 11, 2020. I believed that to be true then and I believe it to be true now. I am consistent. I have not wavered. Neither has he.

I could care less about President Trump’s BRAND. I seek nothing from him or from my support of him. I just want God’s will to be done for our nation, for our children, grandchildren, and generations to follow.

That is my only “dog in the fight.”

I know the TRUTH that the REAL leader of our nation is Jesus Christ, our LORD and our SAVIOR.

I only trust God.

I support President Trump.

I support the United States Military.

I pray you agree in whom I place my trust and my support.

But the choice is yours to make.

I pray you will choose wisely.

Another belated good morning courtesy of more lawfare!!!

45 years working for clients in what I believed was a system of justice.

Perhaps that was a naive belief on my part. Perhaps I was blinded to the TRUTH of our legal system by my passion to seek justice for my clients.

I have lived and learned. Especially in the last 3 years.

The legal system is now a system of tyranny. The rule of law is ignored or twisted to reach the result sought by the enemy, not the result dictated by the rule of law.

Has it always been this way???

I am beginning to believe that it has been. I can reflect back now and discern and see more clearly many injustices over my career. To my clients and to me as I stood in their shoes to advocate for them.

I have now come to believe that our legal system, like our other government systems, is “a club.”

And I have never been in it.

The legal system is rigged against the lower and middle class.

With very rare exceptions, I have always represented Whackadoodles. Victims of medical malpractice, defamation, and fraud. My clients were not in “the club.”

The victories were hard fought and the losses were hard to understand. I did my best to represent good people who had good legal claims. I never filed a case without doing the investigation to satisfy a good faith filing.

Over the years, I worked my way up to qualify as being in the upper middle class by 2014.

Growing up, my parents were in the upper lower class. When my mother died and my father went to jail, I literally had nothing. I was 16. I was in the lower lower class.

So I went to work on my life determined to survive and succeed. I took the talents God gave me and used the opportunities provided by freedom to improve my life and to help other people. The legal system fit my skill set and allowed me to help others while providing a living for my family.

Then in 2015, I won the DaVita case for two legal immigrants who had played by the rules and were my fellow American citizens. Based on the recovery in that case, I had reached the upper class. From a financial standpoint, I qualified to be in “the club.” But I am not a “club” kinda guy and the REAL members of “the club” knew it and set out to “put me in my place.”

Now the members of the “legal club” are hellbent on destroying me. The amount of money and hours that have been spent to attack me, smear me, and litigate against me over the last 2+++ years is mind-boggling.

Is “the club” teaching me a lesson for achieving a level of success that threatened them? YES.

Is “the club” using me as an example to discourage and intimidate other lawyers from taking on the difficult cases against “the club” and its members? YES.

If they take me down, who will be willing to represent the Whackadoodles in the difficult cases where legal help is needed by legitimate victims? VERY FEW IF ANY AT ALL.

Do you see why my battles against lawfare are not about me (I wanted to retire), but rather they are about other lawyers and ultimately You The People who have a Constitutional right to competent counsel of your choice?

Whackadoodle clients who are victims need Whackadoodle lawyers to help them. The lawyers who are in “the club” have no interest in helping them. Because those clients are not in “the club.”

God tapped me on the shoulder at exactly the right time when I surrendered my life to Him in August of 2018. His timing is always perfect.

Without my faith in Jesus Christ, I could not have survived the last 2+++ years. The loss of my children, many of my “friends,” my livelihood, my finances, my reputation, and my time to enjoy the world around me as I approach 70 has at times been overwhelming.

But because of Jesus, I can face today and if blessed with a tomorrow, I can face it too.

I will not bow down to the enemy. I will fight for TRUTH, justice, and freedom. I will never quit.

I will only bow down to my LORD and my SAVIOR.

I am still standing.

I believe since satan is the god of this world--we have been lied to all along & maybe our spiritual eyes and ears weren't opened by the Holy Spirit to see and hear it until recently. Maybe we didn't fully understand what the father of lies and this world meant. He hid it all very well! It's time for God to reveal all lies now. I believe the 2 party system is a lie to cover up the cabal rulers in this country. Brilliant! There are no conservatives & liberals-just commies. It's not a new world order-it's always been in place, but hidden.
