• 5+ years of proven experience as a financial leader (CFO/deputy CFO, financial controller), ideally with a strong background in the retail sector.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytics.
• Educational background in finance and economics or equivalent.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trends, and economic indicators.
• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).
📌Обязанности:
Financial Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Analyse financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Analysis and control:
• Employ quantitative methods to conduct market analysis and make informed recommendations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement, conduct audits, and ensure the company's compliance with laws and regulations.
Investment Oversight:
• Collaborate with investment teams to optimize outcomes and align with financial goals.
• Represents the company to investors, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
Financial Reporting:
• Assess financial performance and produce insightful reports for strategic review.
• Accurate and timely financial reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Treasury Management:
• Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring liquidity, managing working capital, and ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
