📎Personal Assistant (PA) to Operational Director
Our client, an international company, servicing oil producing companies is looking for personal assistant to its Operational director. We expect that our candidate is already located in Dubai and has minimum 1 year work experience in Dubai.
Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
• Languages: Russian – native, English – Advanced (American English is an advantage)
• Information gathering and information monitoring skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on travel to the United States or restrictions on obtaining the USA visa (valid USA visa would be an advantage)
Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Operational Director across the range of his work.
• Maintain and organize the OD’s diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
• Support the OD in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
• Facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented. Also by arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required to do so
• Co-ordinate staff/client/authorities meetings
• Compile documents and papers and ensure they are sent in good time for meetings.
• Circulate reports, minutes and agendas for meetings.
Compensations and benefits:
• Location: Dubai
