↘️Financial controller ↙️

💰Income level: AED 20 000

❗️Key Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial software.
• Fluent in Russian (preferably) and English.

📌Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations in all financial reporting activities.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, and variances to support strategic decision- making.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial goals.
• Develop financial forecasts and projections based on business trends, market conditions, and operational initiatives.
3. Internal Controls and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in audits and financial reviews.
4. Cash Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Optimize working capital management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
5. Financial Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, assessing potential returns and risks.
6. Risk Management:
• Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
• Implement strategies for currency exchange, interest rate exposure, and other financial risks.
7. ERP and Financial Systems:
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
8. Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
9. Tax Planning and Compliance:
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax filings, including income tax, VAT/GST, and other applicable taxes.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies.
10. Communication:
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
• Present financial information to management, investors, and board members in a clear and concise manner.

• Location: Dubai
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
• Salary: AED 20 000/per month, to be discussed with the final candidate

📎Secretary & Team Assistant (20/80)

💰Income level: AED 15 000

❗️Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary Administrator or in a similar administrative role for 3-5 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Management, etc.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and calendar applications).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is mandatory.

📌Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other staff members (up to 10 employees), handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and make necessary travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence and in-person inquiries, as well as ensure timely responses.
• Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and necessary documentation for employees as required.
Data and Document Management:
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Accurately enter data into relevant systems and databases.
• Assist in analyzing data and generating reports as requested.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them among relevant stakeholders.
• Arrange meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and any required materials for presentations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and workshops.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Keep track of office expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

📌Conditions:
• Location: Dubai, DIFC
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
• Salary: AED 10 000-15 000 per month (incl. all allowances)
