📎Personal Assistant (PA) to Operational Director
Our client, an international company, servicing oil producing companies is looking for personal assistant to its Operational director. We expect that our candidate is already located in Dubai and has minimum 1 year work experience in Dubai.
Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
• Languages: Russian – native, English – Advanced (American English is an advantage)
• Information gathering and information monitoring skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on travel to the United States or restrictions on obtaining the USA visa (valid USA visa would be an advantage)
Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Operational Director across the range of his work.
• Maintain and organize the OD’s diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
• Support the OD in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
• Facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented. Also by arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required to do so
• Co-ordinate staff/client/authorities meetings
• Compile documents and papers and ensure they are sent in good time for meetings.
• Circulate reports, minutes and agendas for meetings.

• University degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Production planning specialist within a large international manufacturing company.
• Proven and successful experience of international coordination of production planning process for units/plants located in different regions (ideally in Asia or Latin America).
• English – Advanced.
Responsibilities:
• Formation of a production plan (plants in several regions).
• Coordination of the planning process, taking into account the entire supply chain (from customer orders to the receipt of raw materials, including the production, storage and transportation of finished products and raw materials).
• Maintaining the required level of product stocks in warehouses.
• Control of the introduction and updating of the nomenclature of finished products, analysis of the movement of the nomenclature and the need for updates (removal of outdated numbers, etc.).
• Tracking the implementation of the production plan by nomenclature and volume on a daily basis.
• Providing the necessary adjustments to the production plan taking into account customer orders.
• Inventory management.
• Working with slow movers (Working with low-turnover goods).
