Vacancy: Country Manager (Business Development & Sales)

Our client, China based international energy equipment manufacturer due to rapid business growth in overseas markets is looking for a Country Manager.
We would be glad to see applications from candidates currently based in the following regions: Greece, Romania, Hungary, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia.
❗️Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above: Proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English, capable of using it as a working language (C1 or above).
• At least two years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration.
• Successful business development experience: Familiarity with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in at least one specific region (Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa).
• Business development experience in the new energy industry in countries like Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Greece would be an advantage.
• Mature work methods: Ability to independently develop business and possess strong market analysis and judgment skills.
• Strong stress resistance and execution skills.
📌Responsibilities:
• Area of responsibility: Romania.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers: Identify customer project plans and market demands, and convert these demands into orders.
• Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels.
• Expand the sales network by developing OEM customers.
• Understand market product standards and demand trends: Regularly conduct necessary market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into deliverable results.
• Engage in business negotiations with clients: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major issues in after-sales: Drive internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
💰 Conditions:
• Work from home, flexible working hours.
• Business trip reimbursement.
• Employment contract will be signed and salary paid by a third-party because employer has no local entity.

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law and litigation.
- Proven track record within a leading law firm or in-house legal team, specializing in maritime shipping or oil and gas trading.
- Strong expertise in maritime law with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth legal knowledge of corporate law in the UAE, English law, and Hong Kong/China regulations.
- Familiarity with various free zone regulations.
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken; native proficiency in Russian is preferred.

- Provide expert advice on maritime regulations, shipping contracts, and international maritime law.
- Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and negotiations related to maritime disputes.

- Collaborate closely with other legal professionals and stakeholders across the organization.
